Toronto, Ontario (November 5, 2019) – OG真人官网 Group Inc. (TSX: CVG) today announced that it and OG真人官网 Equity Partners V (collectively “OG真人官网”), have completed the sale of OG真人官网’s interest in the GTA gaming bundle to the operating partnership and in the GTA West gaming bundles (“GTA Gaming”) to its partners in the investment. OG真人官网 made its initial investments in GTA Gaming in 2018 and the combined sale proceeds for OG真人官网 are $51.8 million. OG真人官网 acknowledges the effort of its operating partner, Great Canadian Gaming Corporation and wishes them continued success with the businesses.
